National
limited number of travel grants will be made available for young researchers working in the field of movement disorders, to facilitate their attendance for this meeting. For applying for the travel grant the delegates should be less than 40 years of age, should be an Indian citizen, and should have an accepted abstract for the conference. The travel bursaries would include a complimentary registration, a travel grant of Rs 2000/= (Rupees two thousand only) and budget accommodation for the delegates. The delegates should apply separately to the conference secretariat for the travel grants. The delegates should furnish their proof of age, the proof of submission/acceptance of their abstract, along with their brief curriculum vitae (mentioning clearly the educational qualifications, the research projects they are involved with, the awards and medals accredited to them, and a list of their research publications). The applications for travel grants, duly forwarded by the departmental heads/employers of the delegate should reach the conference secretariat at or before 1700 hrs on 31st December 2008 failing which the applications will not be considered. Please note that no application will be entertained before the online abstract submission begins and the decision of the organizing committee for the travel grants would be final and binding on all.
